With dual degrees in International Business and French from Texas State University, more than 20 years of marketing experience and a crazy knack for numbers, Patricia Buchholtz drives the strategic side of brand communication for clients large and small.

Buchholtz’s journey has included the rise and fall of the dotcom era where she helped define and create one of the original small business e-commerce website-creation platforms; ownership of Brass Tacks Consulting, a business start-up consulting firm; and serving as the marketing director for Momark Development – launching The Austonian along with a number of other award-winning Central Texas real estate projects. Her love of real estate led her to launch lookthinkmake, a full-service brand communications firm, where she is currently the co-founding partner and leads strategic initiatives for her clients.

In addition to being a Leadership Austin alumna, Buchholtz is the President of the Austin Advertising Federation and is a prior board member of the SIMS Foundation, has volunteered with the Austin Children’s Shelter and the Austin Independent School District, and is a guest lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin.

She received the Woman’s Way Business Award for PR and Marketing by Austin Woman Magazine, and was recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the top 30 most influential business women in Austin.
